"Coffee in the Gourd" is a collection of folklore stories by James Frank Dobie. The book is set in the American Southwest and is inspired by the author's personal experiences and observations of the region. The stories cover a wide range of topics, including the history and culture of the area, the wildlife, and the lives of the people who lived there. Many of the stories are based on Native American myths and legends.
